Equity & Inclusion at Minds of All Kinds

In my own life and through my business Minds of All Kinds LLC, I am committed to creating a world where everyone is treated with dignity, kindness, respect, and fairness.

Minds of All Kinds LLC is a Certified Disability-Owned Business Enterprise™ (DOBE) and a proud member of GSBA (Greater Seattle Business Association), the largest LGBTQ+ chamber of commerce in the U.S. As a member, I am committed to supporting and uplifting LGBTQ+ businesses and communities.

I’m on Duwamish Land.

I live, work and operate my business Minds of All Kinds LLC in the City of Seattle, the land of the Duwamish People.

I stand in solidarity with First Peoples of this land by making cash donations every quarter to the Real Rent initiative. All funds go directly to Duwamish Tribal Services (DTS) to benefit their tribe and community. Learn how you can support the Duwamish Tribe here.

Accessibility Matters.

I believe technology should be accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This website was built using Squarespace with continual effort towards conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA criteria. These guidelines are important because they help make web content accessible to users with disabilities, and ultimately to all users.

I am committed to making our events and programs accessible by providing communication in plain language, providing captions, creating accessible materials, and providing reasonable accommodations upon request.

If you have trouble using this website or have ideas for making it better, please email hello@MindsOfAllKinds.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line.

Anti-racism & Disability Justice

Everything is connected. To create a better world for people with disabilities, I actively work on educating myself on racial, gender, and economic justice issues. People in historically marginalized communities - especially BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and low-income individuals - are more likely to experience disability and mental health challenges. Yet, they often have less access to services, jobs, and education.

I actively support BIPOC, queer and disabled experts through promoting their businesses and prioritizing supplier diversity when I hire contractors.
